10 February 2012 - Palin Communications welcomes international intern Ellen Groen to the team from Hanze University in The Netherlands. Ellen is joining the Palin team for five months of hands-on experience in healthcare communications and will be with us until the end of June 2012.

Ellen is studying for an international communication degree at the Hanze University and she has already been involved in a range of relevant projects via her studies and previous internships.

One of her projects included a crisis PR campaign simulation where students travelled to a nuclear power plant in The Netherlands near the German border. Students were asked to handle a live crisis simulation across a number of weeks including strategy development and media relations.

Ellen's arrival follows a number of recent local and international interns taking part in Palin's active internship program. Ellen is the third international intern from Hanze University to spend time at Palin.
