Palin Communications supported the PR launch of The Journey Clinic in 2025. The Journey Clinic represents a new mental health service determined to redefine how Australians approach recovery from addiction.

The communications strategy introduced two sister clinics: The Journey Addiction Rehabilitation Clinic, a residential program combining the warmth of a retreat with gold-standard psychiatric care, and The Journey Psychedelic Outpatient Clinic, Australia’s first individualised psychedelic-assisted therapy service.
 
Through strategic national media outreach, the campaign triggered substantial media interest, including a national TV exclusive with 7News, which aired across 25 regions, alongside extensive online and radio coverage.
