Recognition for work that matters

Recent recognition in communications and health industry awards offers a moment to acknowledge the efforts of our team and the incredible partnerships behind our work.

These accolades have included B&T Australia’s Women in Media Awards, where Maya Ivanovic – Associate Director, and Anastasiia Nazarenko – Account Director – Head of Innovations & Efficiencies, were proud finalists in the Public Relations category.

We were also thrilled to achieve two bronze awards and two finalists at the Communication and Public Relations Australian Golden Target Awards:

  • Bronze – Agency of the Year – Medium
  • Bronze – Maya Ivanovic, Professional of the Year – Agency
  • Finalist – Anastasiia Nazarenko, Professional of the Year – Agency
  • Finalist – ‘What’s Your Hidden Health Baggage?’ with GSK Australia – Health Campaign – Consumer

Still to come are the Health Industry Hub ‘Catalysts for Change Awards’ and PRIME Awards, where opportunities for recognition of the agency, Maya, and partner’s Hearts4heart and GSK Australia will provide moments to celebrate with our colleague and clients.

For us, awards are not why we do the work; however, they offer a valuable moment to acknowledge the importance of health communications and the issues we work together to highlight.

Thank you to our client partners and collaborators for your trust and shared commitment. And good luck to all those nominated in the upcoming Health Industry Hub and PRIME Awards.

Being interviewed by journalists or being included in news stories as what is known in the media industry as “talent” is unfamiliar territory for the vast majority of clinicians and medical experts.

There will always be instances in business where timelines are short. It might be that regulatory approval has moved more quickly than expected. Or perhaps some political development has catapulted your product or issue into the immediate spotlight. Perhaps a new source of funding or a fixed grant is tied to a short-term communications deliverable.
