2021 has presented many unique challenges for our team at Palin Communications, forcing us to adapt our work lives and processes in lockdown. We want to recognise our passionate team of workplace mental health advocates, The Mindful Movement, who have been working to develop our understanding, accountability and progress in this space.


Karina Durham and Rachel McWhinnie discuss how The Mindful Movement team navigated team wellbeing in lockdown by implementing a measurable strategy to support and track employee mental health, as well as sharing the team’s goals moving into 2022.
