Palin Communications was proud to partner with not-for-profit organisation Juvenile Arthritis Foundation Australia (JAFA) on its 2026 Juvenile Arthritis Week campaign, using the power of storytelling to bring national attention to one of Australia’s most common, yet least understood, childhood autoimmune diseases.

By elevating the voices of children, young adults, families and clinicians, the campaign transformed lived experience into compelling media stories that highlighted the need for earlier diagnosis and the serious impact that delayed treatment can have.

These personal stories proved to be a powerful driver for media engagement, helping generate nearly eight million opportunities to see or hear campaign messages through 468 pieces of earned media coverage. Results included national TV, more than 400 syndicated radio placements via an Audio News Release, major metropolitan and lifestyle magazine feature stories, and broader stakeholder support that amplified JAFA’s message that Kids Can’t Wait.
